The thigh strap is comfortable and does not cut circulation off to my leg I can easily wear it all day at work

Haven't used it yet, but it was fairly easy to attach to the holster. I'm sure it will work just fine. Suggestion, Maybe make a swivel to make the strap move with our bodies when bending.
