Returns, Exchanges & Fitment Policy

At Dara Holsters, most of our holsters are made to order, manufactured specifically for the firearm, weapon light, and configuration selected at checkout. Because these products are built to your specifications, made-to-order holsters are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

We want you to receive a holster that fits your equipment correctly. Every holster is test-fit in-house for the firearm and weapon light configuration selected when ordering.

Please double-check your selections before placing your order. If you're unsure which firearm model, weapon light, or configuration to choose, contact our Customer Support team before purchasing. We're happy to help you select the correct options.

Made-to-Order vs. In-Stock Products

Made-to-Order Holsters

These holsters are manufactured specifically for your selected configuration. All made-to-order holsters, including Level 2 Duty Holsters, are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect customer selections or changes in preference.

In-Stock Holsters

In-stock holsters are already manufactured and identified by "STOCK" in the product SKU. Eligible in-stock products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Order Cancellations

  • Made-to-Order Holsters: Orders canceled after production has started are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
  • In-Stock Holsters: Orders may be canceled without a fee if they have not yet shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Only eligible in-stock items may be returned for a refund. Returned products must be unmodified and in their original condition.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • All made-to-order holsters and custom configurations
  • Level 2 Duty Holsters
  • Light attachments, optics, magnifiers, and medical supplies
  • Retail items that have been opened or removed from their packaging
  • Service fees, Express Pass fees, and shipping costs
  • Any items returned after the 30-day return window

Exchanges

Eligible in-stock holsters and attachments may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
  • Exchanges requiring a new product to be manufactured are subject to additional production lead times.
  • Dara Holsters reserves the right to deny exchanges or restrict repeated exchange requests.

Made-to-order holsters are not eligible for exchanges due to incorrect customer selections or changes in preference.

Firearm Fitment & Compatibility

Each Dara holster is manufactured and test-fit for the firearm and weapon light configuration selected when ordering.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct firearm model, weapon light, and product options. Differences in firearm generations, aftermarket modifications, accessories, or weapon lights may affect compatibility.

To avoid fitment issues:

  • Confirm your exact firearm manufacturer, model, and generation.
  • Select the correct weapon light, if applicable.
  • Review your selected holster options before checkout.
  • Never force a firearm into a holster that does not appear to fit.

Dara Holsters is not responsible for firearm wear or finish issues resulting from holster use.

What If There's a Problem With My Holster?

Non-refundable does not mean we won't help if there's a manufacturing problem.

If you receive a holster that does not appear to fit the exact firearm and weapon light configuration you ordered, please contact Customer Support before attempting to modify the holster.

Our team can review your order details and help determine whether the issue involves an incorrect selection, an equipment compatibility difference, or a manufacturing-related fitment problem.

Verified manufacturing defects and applicable warranty claims are handled separately from standard returns and exchanges, in accordance with Dara's warranty policies.
