Dealer Disclaimer
All wholesale purchases must meet the minimum 10 unit requirement or the order will remain incomplete. Dealers may purchase online through their dealer account, by telephone or by email. All dealers whose location requires shipping must pay up front and will be billed a second invoice for shipping. Shipping goes by weight and is sent using the United States Postal Service. If Dealer has a FedEx or UPS account they would like to be billed to, please send us a written request with all the necessary information.
By becoming a dealer, you must agree to abide by our minimum purchase requirements and suggested retail pricing. Our minimum purchase requirement is 10 units, within exception of special orders. A special order includes, but is not limited to, holsters for light bearing weapons, left hand holsters, duty holsters, etc. Specials orders may be put in one at a time, but the order must already be paid for by the customer. A 20% restocking fee is applied to custom order returns.
Return Policy & Warranty
For Customers
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less any shipping costs. We apply a 20% restocking fee for all custom order returns. After 30 days the customer may send their holster back for a store credit. We do not process any refunds until the product has been received and is confirmed to be in the same condition in which the product was originally received by the customer.
All products made by Dara Holsters & Gear are covered under a no hassle lifetime warranty, as well as a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If anything is wrong with the order, Dara Holsters will fix the issue free of charge and will handle any shipping costs. If the customer is unhappy with their order and there is no mechanical errors, such as they want a different cant angle, Dara Holsters will fix the issue free of charge, but the customer will handle any shipping costs. For custom orders, the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
The lifetime Warranty is void if the customer makes any changes to the structure of the product themselves.
For Dealers
Dealers may choose their own in store return policy. If there is any issue with the mechanics of a product, the dealer will let Dara Holsters know and provide the necessary contact information so that Dara Holsters can fix the problem. Dara Holsters will handle any and all warranty issues.
Buy Back Guarantee
Dara Holsters offer a buy back guarantee for all non custom products for the full wholesale price. Dara Holsters will buy back any custom orders that have not been sold for 10% off wholesale price. Again, Dara Holsters encourages the dealer to ensure all custom orders are paid for in full before placing the order.
