("Company") has established this Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy to preserve its strong brand image, maintain the perceived value of its products, and ensure a level playing field for all its authorized dealers and distributors. This policy is aimed at preventing the advertisement of Company products at prices lower than 10% off the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
This MAP Policy applies to all authorized dealers and distributors of Dara Holsters & Gear, Inc. products within the United States. The MAP applies to all advertisements of Company products in any and all media, including but not limited to:
- Print advertising (newspapers, magazines, catalogs, etc.)
- Online advertising (websites, social media platforms, online marketplaces, etc.)
- Television and radio
- Direct mailings, flyers, or emails

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP):
Dealers and distributors must not advertise Company products at a price lower than 10% off the MSRP as listed on the official Dara Holsters & Gear, Inc. website (www.daraholsters.com). -
Product Listings:
The MAP applies to the advertised price, not the price at which the product is actually sold or offered for sale to an individual customer. Dealers and distributors are free to sell Company products at any price they choose, as long as it is not advertised below the MAP threshold. -
Bundling:
If a dealer or distributor includes a Company product in a package or bundle with other products or services, the total advertised price of the bundle must not imply or result in a price for the Company product that is below the established MAP. -
Discounts and Promotions:
- Any discounts, promotions, rebates, or incentives that result in a price below the MAP must not be publicly advertised.
- Promotional coupons or codes that apply across an entire shopping cart or for a single item are permissible, provided they do not result in the advertised price being below the MAP.

Enforcement:
- Dara Holsters & Gear, Inc. will actively monitor the pricing practices of its authorized dealers and distributors.
- Violations of this MAP Policy may result in corrective actions, including but not limited to suspension or termination of the business relationship.

Policy Modifications:
Dara Holsters & Gear, Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this MAP Policy at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to all authorized dealers and distributors in writing.
