Important Fitment Notice

All custom holsters are made specifically to the firearm, light, optic, and other options selected by the customer at the time of ordering.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong firearm, light, or accessory was selected during checkout.

Because each holster is handcrafted to your specifications, Dara Holsters is not responsible for fitment issues caused by incorrect selections made by the customer.

If you're unsure which options to choose, please contact our Customer Support Team before placing your order — we’re happy to help ensure a proper fit.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team by phone or email. Cancellations are not considered valid until confirmed by a customer service representative.

Cancellation Fees

  • All made-to-order holsters are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, due to the cost of materials and labor, once production has started.

In Stock Holsters

Orders for In Stock Holsters may be canceled without a fee, provided they have not yet shipped. These items will be clearly marked with “STOCK” in the SKU and include the firearm name in the product title.

Please note: In Stock Holsters are pre-made and cannot be customized. Options such as color, cant, or draw hand cannot be selected.

All other holsters are custom-made to order and begin production shortly after the order is placed.

Returns Policy

All eligible items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns for the following products:

  • Made-to-order holsters: Any holster built to your selected firearm, color, draw hand, or other custom specifications is considered a custom item and is non-returnable.

  • Level 2 Duty Holsters: Due to the critical nature of duty-rated gear, we cannot guarantee performance once a Level 2 Holster has left our facility. As such, no returns are accepted, whether made-to-order or in-stock.

If your holster was not pre-made and pulled from inventory (e.g., not labeled as an "In Stock Holster"), it is considered a custom product and cannot be returned under any circumstances.

We appreciate your understanding as we maintain the integrity and safety standards of our duty-grade equipment.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Made-to-Order Holsters

  • All Level 2 Duty Holsters (both in-stock and custom-built)

  • Dara Gear purchased from retail locations

  • Retail items that have been opened or removed from protective packaging

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after purchase, regardless of whether it is custom or in-stock

We appreciate your understanding as these policies help us maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and product integrity.

Returning an In Stock Item

To initiate a return for an In Stock item, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

Important Notes:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns, as we cannot guarantee the integrity or performance of the product.

  • All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If any modifications have been made to the product, a refund will not be issued.

  • If the item is found to be in acceptable, original condition, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchange Policy

Only In Stock Holsters and/or attachments received within 30 days of delivery are eligible for exchange. To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team by phone or email.

 Important Notes:

  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply, depending on the product and condition.

  • If a new holster must be built for the exchange, additional lead time may be required.

  • Dara Holsters reserves the right to deny any exchange request at its discretion.

  • Customers who repeatedly request exchanges or attempt to take advantage of our policies may be banned from placing future orders.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact Customer Service with your order number and/or the last name associated with the order.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide available exchange options based on the product type.

  3. You will be notified of any applicable restocking fees and estimated wait times (if applicable).

 Fitment & Responsibility Notice

Please note:

  • Dara Holsters & Gear, Inc. is not responsible for holster wear or finish-related issues on your firearm.

  • If a holster does not appear to fit properly, do not attempt to force the firearm into it, especially if it has a custom or painted finish.

  • All holsters are test-fit prior to shipment using the exact firearm model selected in your order.

  • If your firearm is a variation of the model listed in the dropdown menu, the holster may not fit correctly.

Please double-check your selections.

We build each holster to the firearm and options you choose. We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect model or configuration selection.
