Dara's Level II Duty Holster is not just any OWB Holster with a hood slapped on it. It was designed from the ground up for the rigors duty and guaranteed for life. Starting with a robust body formed using .125" purpose blended Polymers, then fastened with blackened stainless steel hardware. This rig utilizes our tried and true Military Grade adjustable Rubber Retention System that allows you to tune the resistance to your preferred draw stroke. Our auto throw hood is locked in place until the intuitively located thumb lever is depressed. The hood then rotates with enough force to move loose garment, making your firearm ready when you need it. Don't settle for less- if you demand quality and endless reliability, you've found it.

Features

-Our Duty Holsters are hand crafted in the USA from .125" Boltaron and molded precisely to each firearm for a perfect fit. 

-Our newly redesigned Duty Holsters are now equipped to accommodate slide mounted optics and suppressor height sights.

- 2 Levels of Retention: Adjustable Level 1 Retention System- Our rubber retention system was designed by us for use specifically with our holsters. Able to hold the most minute adjustments, this advanced system eliminates the need for loctite or any other thread locking substance. Second level of retention consists of a spring operate thumb throw hood system.

-The Level 2 Duty Holsters comes attached to our Drop Offset System and Double Loop. This system drops the holster to clear body armor and to allow for a more natural draw stroke. Another choice is our ALQD Quick Disconnect System.

-The Double Loop attachment fits 1.5"-2.25" belts. The belt width is adjustable and eliminates the need to purchase multiple attachments for different belts. The double loop also allows for ride height and cant angle adjustment. 

-Holster comes with an optional leg strap for added stability.

    Good holster

    This holster has good build quality, fits my 4.5” PDP perfectly. The belt size adjustment is good, the hood is quick and secure, and it sits well on my belt. The space for an optic and open end for barrel attachments will come in handy down the road.

    I actually found this company looking for a holster for my full size pdp on walthers website. I'm glad I did. it's a great holster and very well made. I will be buying others for some of my other hand guns from here. I forgot to mention they keep you up to date the entire process. they made it and shipped pretty fast even with the current supply chain issues that everyone is dealing

    The Duty Holster is a Rockstar

    I was skeptical during the order and knowing the past products I received which are still inservice today, it made it easy to complete the order and having high expectations Dara scored above those. This Duty Holster is better than any other manufacturers duty rigs I’ve owned. It fits and wears incredible with superior comfort. I highly recommend this for duty use.

    Dara Walther PDP retention holster

    This past weekend I competed in a Run n Gun in Savannah, GA. There were three water crossings, with one being 3-4 feet deep. I am a short girl and the water was up to my chest. With this holster, I didn't fear that my gun would be knocked free by natural debris in the water. I also climbed over 7 foot walls, crawled through sand and culverts without incident. I highly recommend this holster for its ease of use and security.

    Walther PDP 5"

    Let me start out with this is a phenomenal holster and fits my PDP like a glove! Why 4 stars and not 5? 2 reasons. 1. Its not a level 3 holster (it doesnt claim to be I know) Most departments and security companies are requiring level 3 now. 2. The screw patternon the back is not the same as Safariland which would make using certain accessories such as drop extenders easier. Those 2 minor things are it and all my own issues. If you are looking for a high quality fantastic holster this is it! by the way this is my second one working towards 3 maybe even 4! Also the customer service is the best!
