Watch the video below to learn how we make our holsters.

Discover the meticulous craftsmanship behind Dara Holsters as JB walks you through our detailed manufacturing process. From placing your order online or via phone/email with our dedicated customer service team, every step is carefully executed to ensure the highest quality holster for your firearm.

Our skilled technicians begin by selecting the appropriate mold and material, whether it's the robust .093 Boltaron or .125 Boltaron, or Kydex. Then, the material is molded to shape, heated to the precise temperature, and pressed in our custom presses.

Next, the order moves to roughing, where technicians precisely cut the material to the specified length, followed by edge finishing to smooth out rough edges and polish the holster to perfection. Drilling ensures that retention and attachment holes are precisely placed, guaranteeing a snug fit for your firearm.

After a thorough test fit using the actual firearm and/or light attachment, any necessary adjustments are made to ensure optimal fitment. Then, during assembly, stainless steel hardware and Locktite are used to install attachments according to your order specifications, ensuring durability and security.

Before shipping and throughout each stage of production, each holster undergoes several quality control checks to match your specifications accurately. Finally, your customized holster is carefully packed and shipped, ensuring it reaches you promptly.
