Our Kydex Appendix Holsters differ from the Custom Kydex IWB Holster in that there is an additional option called the Wedge that positions the belt attachment in such a way, that tilts the grip into the body. See below:

As you can see from the profile picture above, the grip on the Glock 19 is firmly tucked into the body. This holster has a mid ride height, with a straight draw (always recommended for AIWB) and a 1.5" belt clip on our Horsehide Beltman Belt.
