Mounted Holster With Tough-Claw

Robust and clever, required adjustment for my application. The RAM Mount small claw was still larger than my seat adjustment rod. Easy fix with a short segment of rubber hose, split lengthwise, applied as a collar on which to clamp. I might add hose clamps to secure the rubber. Giving a choice on arm length would be helpful. I had to obtain the longer RAM arm to make it work better. The holster had a cutout on top like it could accommodate an optic. I didn’t need that.

I purchased this mount as I wanted something that I could easily move between multiple vehicles, and I also didn't want to have to drill holes into my vehicles. This is the perfect solution. The claw has a very tight grip and gives confidence that it will stay snug and in place. The holster has a very snug fit but still manages to make extraction very easy.
