At Dara Holsters, we build gear that’s made to last. But if something ever breaks, we’re not gonna give you a runaround. We back every holster with a Lifetime No B.S. Warranty. If it fails because of a defect or material issue- or because it wasn't tough enough, we’ll fix it or replace it—no questions, no hassle, no charge. It’s that simple.
We use the best, USA-sourced materials and put our products through the wringer, but nothing’s indestructible. Normal wear happens. If anything goes wrong that shouldn’t, we’ll take care of it.
What We Do to Get It Right the First Time
We’re not cranking out cookie-cutter holsters in bulk. Every single one goes through a real, hands-on process to make sure you get exactly what you ordered—and we constantly run products through their paces to ensure it performs like it should:

Real Molds: We use a precision machined in house mold to make your order—not blue guns or 3D prints.

Retention Testing: We draw-test every holster and record the draw weight to make sure it’s spot on.

Fit Check: Every holster is hand-checked using the exact setup you selected—gun, light, everything.

Material Check: We inspect every piece of Kydex or Boltaron before it even hits our bench.

Final QC: Your holster gets five signature-required checks before it ships out the door.

Shoot us an email. Let us know what’s going on and include photos if you can—that helps us figure out the issue fast and keep improving what we build. If we need the product back, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

Heads Up – Warranty ≠ Return Policy
Most (if not all) Dara Holsters products are custom made to order, which means we do not accept returns if you ordered the wrong firearm, light, or setup. Please double-check your selections before checking out—we build exactly what you choose.
Our Lifetime Warranty covers defects, breakage, or damage caused by normal use. If something breaks, cracks, or fails in a way it shouldn't, we’ll fix it or replace it at no charge.
But the warranty does not cover fit issues caused by incorrect order selections. If you picked the wrong firearm model or left out details (like a light or optic), that’s not a warranty issue—it’s a custom item made to spec and can’t be returned or exchanged.
