Returns & Exchanges

Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please call or email our customer support. Cancellations are only valid once a customer service rep has confirmed the cancellation. We will charge a 10% restocking fee for orders that have been cancelled after the manufacturing process has started. Production usually begins the next business day. Due to material and labor costs there is a 10% cancellation fee for all orders, with the exception of In Stock Holsters. In Stock Holsters will have "STOCK" in the sku, as well as the firearm name in the title of the product. You are not able to select color, cant or draw hand with any in stock holsters. All other holsters are made custom to order.

Returns: Any items needing to be returned must be returned within 30 days of delivery. There are absolutely NO returns for made to order Holsters or Duty Holsters. This means: If your holster was not taken off a shelf and shipped (ie: in stock holster) you CANNOT return this holster, period. We do not except returns on any Level 2 Duty Holster as we cannot guarantee that the holster will remain duty rated after leaving our facility. If you selected the firearm, color, draw hand, etc. combination from a drop down menu, your holster was made to your order specifications and therefore is considered "custom".

To return an In Stock item, please contact Customer Service. Please note that after 30 days we are unable to process returns of any kind as we cannot guarantee the integrity of the product. 

Once the item is received the product will be checked. Please understand that if you have made a modification of any kind, a refund will not be processed. If the item is found to be in an acceptable condition, a refund will be initiated. The refund will be provided through the same payment channel through which the original payment was received. It usually takes 3-7 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.

Exchanges: Only In Stock Holsters and/or attachments received within 30 days are eligible for exchanges. To make an exchange, please contact our Customer Service Department via telephone or e-mail. There may be a 20% restocking fee associated with the exchange depending on the product, and a wait time may be applied depending on the circumstances if a new holster has to be made. Dara Holsters reserves the right to deny exchanges, based on any reason. Please note: Customers who repeatedly exchange holsters and take advantage of our policies will be banned from ordering in the future.

How Exchanges Work: Call or e-mail the Customer Service department and provide the order # and/or last name of the order you'd like to exchange. Customer Service will then provide you with the options available to you, dependent upon the product and notify you of any restocking fees that may be associated with the exchange. Depending on the item you wish to receive, a wait time may be applied.

Please note Dara Holsters & Gear, Inc. is not responsible for holster wear or other finish related issues on your firearm. If the holster does not fit, do not try and force the gun into it. That will most likely result in ruining the finish, especially if it is a painted finish. We test fit ALL holsters prior to shipment with the exact firearm listed and chosen on the drop down menu during the ordering process. The holster will fit the exact firearm perfectly or it will not ship. If you have a firearm variation that is different from the listed model, your holster may not fit perfectly.
