What Is Route?

Route is an added layer of security for your order. For a small fee, you can insure your shipment at checkout. If anything happens in transit, Route makes it simple to get a replacement or refund—fast and hassle-free.

How It Works

• Add your products to the cart.

• Route Package Protection will automatically appear before checkout.

• The cost is just $2.15 on orders under $100 or less than 3% of your total on larger orders.

• If you don’t want coverage, simply uncheck the box before paying.

Filing a Claim

If you purchased Route with your order and something goes wrong, you can file a claim directly through Route’s support system. You’ll need your order number or Route ID and the email address used at checkout.

• Lost or stolen packages → File a claim through Route.

• Damaged items → Take clear photos of both the product and the packaging, then submit them with your claim.

• Manufacturer defects → Contact Dara Holsters directly so we can resolve it.
