The Dara Custom Action Sports Holster is the top choice for a quick draw outside the waistband holster. This holster is designed for the quickest draw possible while maintaining IDPA legality. Made with thick .093" Boltaron/Kydex and fastened using Stainless Steel hardware, our product is not only impervious to rust, it's built to last a lifetime.

I have an optic, will this holster work?

Yes, the Action Sport Holster's ejection port cut accommodates an optic while our .5" tall sight channel accommodates co-witness sights.

This cradles my P226 just perfectly. I paired it with a ALDQ mount to use interchangeable with my P365, also with a Dara Holster. Great quality and value.

I bundled the action sports holder with a double loop and iwb magazine holsters. Great set up, fits comfortably and functions smoothly.

This is my 4th or 5th holster. 3 of them fit onto my competition belt, which is a Dara setup. All those holster uses the ALQD. All holsters fit great. quality is great and shipping time is also great. They are my go-to for holsters. Pricing is great for the value.

The holster fits my pistol perfectly and the materials and construction are high quality. I was disappointed to find that the holster is made for the upright position, as the picture on the website made it appear to be canted forward, but I am sure it will work just fine.

Bought a new gun, needed a holster for it. Wanted to give the Action Sport style a try. Not disappointed at all. Just as secure as the Standard holster I have, but allows for much faster presentation when drawing.

I specifically ordered the Action Holster for a Springfield Armory 1911 TRP Operator (Half Rail). This holster fits just about any 5” 1911 with a Rail (Standard Rail, Not the full rail that’s machined to the end of the frame.) I am specifically using for a SA Loaded Operator MC & a SA Range Officer Elite Operator. They both fit perfectly.
