Description

The Action Sports Holster is the top choice for a competition holster. This holster is designed for the quickest draw possible, with an IDPA legal ejection port cut out that allows the muzzle of the firearm to clear the holster faster than a traditional OWB Holster. Made with thick .093" Boltaron/Kydex and fastened using Stainless Steel hardware, our product is not only impervious to rust, it's built to last a lifetime.
The Action Sport Holster is perfect for IDPA and USPSA type competitive shooting. This holster features a robust thermoform body, adjustable retention, an ejection port cut out and compatibility with a large variety of belt attachment options.
Each holster is made to order using the specification chosen on the order form. The Action Sport Holster can be made for over 400 firearm models, including light compatible configurations for pistols with weapon mounted lights. All of Dara's competition holsters come with an optic cut, compatible with nearly every optic on the market.

Yes, the Action Sport Holster's ejection port cut accommodates an optic while our .5" tall sight channel accommodates co-witness sights.

Having owned many other kydex holsters, this is my first DARA holster and frankly I am so impressive with the quality - shape & thickness of the kydex, ample room for tall sights, cutout for RDS, quality hardware, and fitment - I’m ordering more for my other handguns.

My glock slides in easily and finishes with a solid, locking snap, and it holds it firmly once in. It also allows many adjustable positions. I'd give it five stars but I haven't had many other holsters to fairly compare it to.

Told them I had the Wilson Combat XL grip module on my Sig P365, and they said they couldn't guarantee it would fit. Don't know if they got one to make it fit, or if it is the same size at the mag release button, but it fits like a glove. Very happy!

Bought this holster for my Canik Rival. The holster has a quality feel to it and the ALQD mount is firm with no play. I plan on ordering a holster for my Walter with the ALQD mount only. Being able to swap out holsters quickly with the ALQD mount is a great idea.

This is my 2nd holster from them in the past several months. I am very satisfied with the holster. I would describe it as sturdy, repeatable holstering results, and snug. I use it for dry fire and competition and range practice. I am not in the military or police but I do have several friends that are and they have tried it on and said it seems good and would like to try it. I use it for a drop leg due to my shoulder tendon needing to be reattached several years ago so I would not have to reach as high. I liked it enough to buy 2 of them for 2 separate pistols. I think that says it all. Happy range days!

Love the perfectly formed fit and thick rubber adjuster blocks. Adjustable from no retention to heavy retention. The plastic trigger guard on Staccatos will show permanent marking from plastic-to-plastic contact in the holster trigger guard retention area. I resolved this by adding a layer of fuzzy velcro inside the trigger area and set the adjusters to make the trigger entry a bit flared/funneled into the velcro. No more marking. Love it.
