Staccato’s HD Series is here—and it’s a notable shift in direction. Built from the ground up as a true duty pistol, the HD P4 and HD P4.5 offer several practical changes over the standard P-series, the biggest of which is full compatibility with Glock 17-pattern magazines.

For agencies and end users who already stock Glock mags, it’s a major logistical advantage.

Both pistols are built on Staccato’s modular 2011-style frame but feature simplified external lines, a host-cut optic system, ambidextrous controls, and a forward-positioned rear sight to accommodate slide-mounted optics.

The P4 features a 4.0” bull barrel, while the P4.5 steps up to a 4.5” sight-block barrel. Both models ship with two 18-round steel Mec-Gar mags and are ready for duty straight out of the box.

Effective immediately, Dara Holsters offers holster support for the Staccato HD P4 and P4.5 in the following configurations:

Each holster is molded specifically for the HD series and built to withstand active use in law enforcement, training, or concealed carry. Fitment, retention, and optic clearance have all been dialed in for these models.
