How to Order:

Firearm:
Start by choosing your firearm model. We have two drop down menus that list each Manufacturer and Model in alphabetical order. If you don't see your firearm, we may not have that model available just yet. You can contact Customer Support to see if your model is available.

Holster Color:
The next step is choosing your Holster Color. We do provide swatches on the order form, but larger pictures can be found on our FAQ page here.

Draw Hand:
Choose how you'd like to carry the holster. If you plan to carry using a method not listed on the drop down menu, please see if your specific carry method is listed under the 'SHOP HOLSTERS' section on the main menu at the top of the page.

Belt Attachment:
Choose your desired belt attachment from the drop down menu, along with the corresponding belt size. 1.5" is the most common belt size. 1.75" is most common for tactical belts, and 2"-2.25" is common for duty belts.

Ride Height:
This is how your holster and firearm will sit in relation to the belt, vertically. A low ride height put the grip of the gun lower in the belt line. Be careful with a low ride height, as the grip of the firearm can become buried easily with a reverse cant angle. A mid ride height, which is the most common, will put the top of the belt in line with where the trigger guard meets the frame. The high ride height will put the holster higher up on the belt, giving you a full grip. To see the ride height and cant angle chart, scroll through the product pictures.

Cant Angles:
We offer many different cant angles conducive to every carry method. If you plan to carry at the hip, you'll want to choose a straight draw (0° cant) or forward cant angle. The forward cant angle tilts the grip up and forward and the muzzle backwards. If you want to carry crossdraw, you'll need to choose a reverse cant angle, which tilts the grip down and back, the muzzle forward.

Custom Notes / Photo Upload:
This is where you'll want to bring any customizations up. We need to know about switched magazine release buttons, extended mag release buttons, suppressor height sights and other such modifications.

I really like the idea of getting a custom made holster. Dara knew exactly what questions to ask and, what suggestions to make.

  • DARA Holsters-best on the market 5

I have a whole draw full of holsters. Some take you and squire to assemble and put on, others are so flimsy it is pathetic. Dara hits it out of the park. They are simple, particle, easy to get on and off and fit the firearms like a glove. With all that awesome functionality you would think their pricing would be high-it is anything but. Reasonable is a good term, their prices are reasonable. You get a great product without having to go into debt! I now have several of their holsters and recommend tham highly.

  • Small of Back Palm Out IWB Holster 5

I'm not a fan of IWB holsters, but I thought I'd try this one as I wear a phone on by posterior belt at work. I felt I might be more comfortable with this holster where I have more "space" since I'm full around the middle being 5'6" and 185#. As long as I'm upright, this holster works well for me and is easy to draw and conceal with a light shirt or jacket pulled over it. Unfortunately, sitting either in a car or chair, my 9mm Shield digs into my back regardless of minor holster position changes. For hiking, walking or standing I find this holster relatively comfortable. The fit to the weapon is incredibly amazing with a click and easily drawn. Construction is first rate. I will continue to use it when I'm vertical and the standard clip makes it easy to remove. Although I'm not comfortable sitting with it I cannot delete stars because of my body shape.

  • IWB 6'O clock palm facing out holster 5

Holster was exactly as advertised. Made very well, and extremely durable. The holster is a complete custom fit and the firearm snaps secured into place and can still be drawn with minimal effort. The belt attachment clip over design stays completely secure on your belt with no movement of the holster through daily movements. I already ordered a second for my hk p30sk and can't wait for it to get here. Will never order a different holster, great product! Worth the wait.

If you're looking on a bunch of different websites and cant decide which holster to go with, this is the one. Its everything you need in a conceal and carry holster. Its smooth, its comfortable, its very easy to conceal, and all of the options available allow you to make it the perfect fit for you. From now on every handgun i get will be in a DARA holster.

  • Best holster I have. 5

Posted by GooseCommandr on Jan 29, 2017

This holster met and exeded all of my expectations. It did take 6 weeks from the time I ordered to the time I got it but they tell you that when you order. The gun fits perfect in the custom made holster. The lazer works perfectly on and off. Off when I holster the gun and on when I draw the gun. The only problem that I have is that I ordered the wrong size j-hook belt clip. But that was my mistake not dara's. I have that mistake fixed and It fits perfect now.

Initially I wasn't sure if I wanted a palm out SOB holster, but as I get older, this format seems to be the best for me. With a draw full of holsters, leather, kydex, etc...I was blown away how this holster met every requirement I had, not to mention that the way DARA put together this holster after asking specific question that would enhance my holster experience....Well done DARA, the owrkmanship was awesome, it is comfortable beyond my expectation, It is obviously a quality product, well built with attention to detail, will be adding the car mount system to my inventory as well as other similar holsters for other favorite EDC. Bravo!

One of the best holsters I've ever bought and probably the last.

I've ordered a total of four of these for various guns. I found the 7.5 high ride worked best for me. I tried the 15 degree and it was just a little to much. I carry every day and depending on assignment and dress I find myself carrying SOB more often either for my primary or back up. These are very well made and I hope they last a long time.
