STACCATO HD P4.5 DUTY HOLSTER

The Dara Staccato HD P4.5 Level 2 Duty Holster is an in-stock, right-hand retention holster made specifically for the Staccato HD P4.5. Designed for law enforcement, military, armed security, training and range use, this holster combines active Level 2 retention with adjustable passive retention in a durable .125" thermoformed holster body.

Fits: Staccato HD P4.5 (also fits HD P4- holster body is the same, P4 is .5" shorter with space left at the muzzle end)

Does Not Fit: Staccato C2, P, XC, XL or other 2011-style pistols. The Staccato HD platform differs dimensionally from previous Staccato pistol platforms and should not be assumed to fit holsters made for other Staccato or 2011 models.

Configuration: Right-hand draw. This is a non-light-bearing duty holster and is not designed for a Staccato HD P4.5 equipped with a weapon-mounted light.

Level 2 Retention for the Staccato HD P4.5

The Staccato HD P4.5 Level 2 Duty Holster combines an active spring-loaded rotating hood with Dara's adjustable passive retention system. The hood remains locked over the rear of the slide until the intuitively positioned thumb lever is intentionally depressed. Once released, the hood automatically rotates forward and clears the firearm for the draw.

The adjustable passive retention system allows the user to fine-tune draw resistance independently of the active hood. Dara's rubber retention system was developed specifically for our thermoformed holsters and is designed to hold small adjustments without requiring thread-locking compound on the retention screws.

Optics Ready Staccato HD P4.5 Holster

This Staccato HD P4.5 duty holster comes standard optics ready and is designed to accommodate most commonly used slide-mounted red dot sights. The tall sight channel accommodates sights up to .5" tall, including many co-witness and suppressor-height sight configurations.

Dara Holsters uses a proprietary mounting hole pattern. To connect the Staccato HD P4.5 holster to a compatible third-party belt attachment, hanger or mounting system, use The Bridge™ Adapter.

Staccato HD P4.5 Holster Fit

This holster is designed specifically around the external dimensions of the Staccato HD P4.5. The HD pistol family should not be treated as interchangeable with previous Staccato pistols or other 2011-style firearms when determining holster compatibility.
