Introducing the Automatic Retention Magazine Carrier

Capability: The Dara Automatic retention is just how it sounds, it retains a wide variety of magazines ranging from single stack 1911 to the new double stack micro compacts and back up to the extra large 2011 and double stack 45 magazines. Different magazine lengths are also accommodated with the 3 position adjustable internal depth plate. 

Durability: We've thrown everything we can at these carriers, literally! They have been beaten with hammers, loaded and dropped from heights and stabbed through the retention system without being taken down. Our continuous web retention system and Cordura® over travel stop means that a tear or break is confined to that area and does not affect the rest of the system, so your gear will continue to run when you need it most. Rest assured though, if you manage to break it we will replace it. Life time, No B.S.

    I ordered this mag carrier to fit my Staccato 2011 P magazines as the carriers that I owned would not fit it. The build quality of the carrier is very good and it fits every magazine that I own. From my Staccato and Sigs to my Glock and 1911 mags! Nice to know that I can keep one mag carrier for everything.

    So far I love Dara’s website and customer service. This was my first Data product and I love the open mag design and the ability to cant it. I did have a magazine fall out when I got out of my patrol vehicle however. Not sure if it was the retention or if it got caught on my vest. Still love the magazine and will work with it.

    The best new gun gear item that I have seen in a long time. Well made product. You don't have to change mag carrier when you change your carry gun. Worked well with the mags for S&W 4006, Beretta 96, CZ 75B and my 1911. Very impressive.

    I bought this to compliment my Dara holster. Dara delivered. Fantastic fit with great mag retention. Adjustable retention is present with only a Phillips screw adjustment. My Staccato mags “lock” in place and I have no fear of loosing them. But when I need them; they are easily removed from the mag pouch. I’m so happy with this mag pouch! Thanks Dara! Another satisfied customer.
