Dara's Level II Duty Holster is not just any OWB Holster with a hood slapped on it. It was designed from the ground up for the rigors of duty and guaranteed for life. Starting with a robust body formed using .125" purpose blended Polymers, then fastened with blackened stainless steel hardware. This rig utilizes our tried and true adjustable Rubber Retention System that allows you to tune the resistance to your preferred draw stroke.

Our auto throw hood is locked in place until the intuitively located thumb lever is depressed. The hood then rotates with enough force to move loose garment, making your firearm ready when you need it. Don't settle for less- if you demand quality and endless reliability, you've found it.

    So far, so good.

    So far it seems like a very sturdy and well constructed holster. My only issue is the hood release. It's too far behind the natural position of the thumb when you draw the gun.I have to release the hood, then draw. It adds about 1/2 second to the draw time.

    Best Holster I own

    I was first turned off by the price but the quality far surpasses the price. I own dozens of holsters and this is the best and my favorite. I wouldn't want anything else for a full sized pistol

    Have this for 2 different pistols

    Outstanding duty holster. I am a Sheriff's Deputy and have ordered this for both my Canik TP9SFx and my 1911 .45 ACP. Fit is perfect, in every minute detail Highly recommend to anyone. Good security, and fast draw when needed. Thanks Dara!

    Perfect Holster

    Exactly what I was looking for in a holster for open carry and 3-gun competitions. Perfect fit for my pistol for secure holstering and can easily have a smooth draw. Easily attached to my gun belt. FYI Coyote Brown color has a black hood - still looks great.
