The Dara Staccato C2 Modlite PL350 Light-Bearing OWB Holster is built specifically for the Staccato C2 equipped with a Modlite PL350 weapon-mounted light. The Staccato C2 is a compact Staccato pistol, while the Modlite PL350 is a full-size weapon-mounted light. Pairing the two creates a unique firearm and light configuration that requires the correct holster geometry. Dara develops this holster around the complete Staccato C2 + Modlite PL350 setup rather than using a universal 2011 or universal light-bearing holster profile.

Built for the Staccato C2 with Modlite PL350

The Staccato C2 uses a compact 3.9" barrel configuration. When equipped with the Modlite PL350, the weapon light extends beyond the shorter C2 slide and becomes an important part of the overall holster fit.

The holster body is formed around the supported Staccato C2 and PL350 combination to provide the intended firearm clearance, retention and draw characteristics. Each supported configuration is fit tested before shipment.

Firearm and Weapon Light Specific Fit

Light-bearing holster compatibility depends on both the firearm and the weapon-mounted light. The PL350 has its own body dimensions, mounting geometry and switch configuration, all of which affect the shape of the holster.

This means a Staccato C2 holster designed for a TLR-1, TLR-7 A/X or SureFire X300U-B should not automatically be assumed to fit the Modlite PL350. Select the exact Staccato C2 + PL350 configuration when ordering.

Optics Ready

The Staccato C2 PL350 OWB Holster is optics ready and provides clearance for compatible slide-mounted red dot sights. The taller sight channel also provides clearance for suppressor-height sights commonly used with optic-equipped pistols.

This allows a supported Staccato C2 to be carried with a compatible optic, suppressor-height sights and Modlite PL350 in the same holster configuration.

Adjustable Passive Retention

The holster uses adjustable passive retention, allowing you to increase or decrease the amount of resistance experienced during the draw. This gives the user control over the feel of the draw while maintaining secure retention of the supported firearm and weapon-light combination.

OWB Carry for the C2 and PL350

Although the Staccato C2 is one of the more compact pistols in the Staccato lineup, adding a full-size PL350 creates a larger overall setup. Outside-the-waistband carry provides an accessible belt-mounted configuration for shooters who want to use this combination for range sessions, training or general OWB carry.

The rigid thermoformed holster body maintains its shape when the firearm is removed and provides a consistent opening for drawing and reholstering.

Dara Attachment Compatibility

The Staccato C2 PL350 Holster uses Dara's attachment pattern and can be configured with compatible Dara belt and mounting attachments. This allows the mounting setup to be changed without replacing the firearm-and-light-specific holster body.

If a third-party attachment is required, verify compatibility with Dara's mounting pattern before changing the holster setup.

Will This Holster Fit a Staccato C2 with a Different Weapon Light?

This holster is intended for the Staccato C2 equipped with the Modlite PL350. Do not assume that a Streamlight TLR-1, TLR-7 A/X, SureFire X300U-B or another weapon light will fit this holster.

Dara offers separate Light-Bearing OWB Holster configurations for supported C2 weapon lights so the holster can be matched to the actual firearm and light being carried.

Will a PL350 Holster for Another Staccato Fit the C2?

The weapon light alone does not determine holster compatibility. The dimensions of the firearm also affect fit. A Staccato P, XC or XL equipped with the same PL350 should not automatically be assumed to use the same holster as the C2.
