The Dara Staccato HD P4 X300U-B Light-Bearing OWB Holster is built specifically for the Staccato HD P4 equipped with a SureFire X300U-B weapon-mounted light. Designed for range use, training and outside-the-waistband carry, this holster combines a firearm-and-light-specific fit with adjustable passive retention, optics compatibility and Dara's modular attachment pattern.

The Staccato HD family represents a different pistol platform from earlier Staccato models, making correct firearm selection especially important when choosing a molded holster. Adding the X300U-B introduces another set of dimensions that affect holster geometry. Dara develops this holster around the complete Staccato HD P4 + SureFire X300U-B configuration rather than relying on a generic Staccato, 2011 or universal X300 holster fit.

Built for the Staccato HD P4 with X300U-B

The Staccato HD P4 uses a 4.0" bull-barrel configuration. This holster is formed around the supported HD P4 with the SureFire X300U-B installed to provide the intended firearm clearance, retention and draw characteristics.

Each supported configuration is fit tested before shipment. Select the exact firearm and weapon light when ordering rather than assuming that another Staccato or X300-equipped pistol will use the same holster.

Optics Ready

The Staccato HD P4 X300U-B OWB Holster is optics ready and provides clearance for compatible slide-mounted red dot sights. A taller sight channel also accommodates suppressor-height sights commonly used on optic-equipped pistols.

This allows a supported HD P4 to be configured with an X300U-B, compatible pistol optic and taller sights without requiring a separate optic-specific holster.

Adjustable Passive Retention

The holster uses adjustable passive retention, allowing you to fine-tune the amount of resistance experienced during the draw. This gives the user control over draw resistance while maintaining secure retention of the supported HD P4 and X300U-B configuration.

Designed for OWB Carry

Pairing the HD P4 with a full-size SureFire X300U-B creates a substantial firearm and weapon-light setup. Outside-the-waistband carry provides an accessible belt-mounted configuration for range sessions, training and other applications where concealment is not the primary requirement.

The rigid thermoformed holster body maintains its shape when the firearm is removed and provides a consistent opening for drawing and reholstering.

Dara Attachment Compatibility

The holster uses Dara's attachment pattern and can be configured with compatible Dara belt and mounting attachments. This allows the mounting setup to be changed without replacing the firearm-and-light-specific holster body.

Will This Holster Fit an HD P4 with a TLR-7?

No. This Light-Bearing OWB configuration is for the Staccato HD P4 with the SureFire X300U-B. Dara supports the HD P4 with a TLR-7 in select DCS and Level 2 Duty Holster configurations, but the TLR-7 should not be selected for this Light-Bearing OWB Holster.

Will This Fit Earlier Staccato Pistols?

Do not assume compatibility with the Staccato C2, P, XC, XL or another 2011-style pistol simply because it is equipped with an X300U-B. Both the firearm and weapon light contribute to light-bearing holster fit.
